Welcome, Nurturer. I’m so glad you’re here 🤍

This space is for women who have spent years in survival mode—caring for everyone else, pushing through exhaustion, or feeling disconnected from their bodies and the lives they want to live.

If you’ve been navigating chronic stress, trauma, or health challenges, it can be difficult to slow down, recognize your needs, or trust what your body is telling you. You don’t have to figure it all out at once. 🌿

Through somatic attachment, I invite you to explore a more caring relationship with yourself. We’ll make space for your sensations, emotions, and needs, and practice responding with curiosity and compassion.

My hope is to help you build self-trust, reconnect with your body, and feel more present in your life—one gentle step at a time. 🤍

I'm Marcie, your
Nervous System Nurturer

Not long ago, I felt disconnected from my body, my relationships, and life itself. I was navigating trauma, dissociation, and chronic, unexplained health challenges—and searching for a way to feel like myself again.

As I learned the language of my nervous system and began practicing somatic attachment, I discovered ways to listen to my body, support a sense of safety, and reconnect with my heart.

Today, I help women who have spent years in survival mode reconnect with their bodies and lives through somatic attachment, science, and faith—so they can build self-trust and begin to feel at home in themselves.

Why Nervous System Nurture Is Different?

Trauma-Informed | Spirit-Led | Somatically Grounded

If you’ve tried therapy, prayer, supplements, or breathwork but still feel caught in exhaustion, hypervigilance, shutdown, or shame, I see you. I know how lonely it can feel to keep searching for answers while feeling disconnected from your body and the life you want to live.

At Nervous System Nurturer, I guide women in exploring that connection through somatic attachment, nervous system education, and faith. Together, we make space to notice what your body is communicating, respond to your needs with compassion, and build a more caring relationship with yourself.

What Makes This Work Different

I’m a coach who has lived through PTSD, chronic health challenges, food fear, a faith crisis, and the unraveling of identity. My own journey included learning to listen to my body, reconnect with God, and offer care to the younger parts of me that had long felt alone.

Today, I help women practice that kind of connection for themselves—so they can build self-trust and feel more at home in their bodies and lives.

What Is Somatic Attachment Coaching?

Somatic attachment is an invitation to reconnect with yourself. It brings together an awareness of your body and the ways you relate to yourself, helping you notice sensations, emotions, and needs with curiosity and compassion.

Through gentle, guided practices, you can explore ways to respond to what you notice and build a more caring, trusting relationship with yourself.
